Albert Hammond Jr, guitarist and songwriter of The Strokes, is releasing his fifth solo album, "Melodies On Hiatus," featuring collaborations with GoldLink, Matt Helders, and Steve Stevens. The album comprises 19 tracks, making it Hammond Jr's longest release to date, and comes with a series of visual aids connecting the tracks. The lead single, "100-99," is out now. In a recent interview, Hammond Jr spoke about the future of The Strokes, stating that the band may continue for another two decades.
